I recently purchased a Canon 245XL Black and it is not working at all. I have run so many printing test on my printer to make sure it is not the printer. I have cleaned the rollers on the printer also. I even went to the extent as to put the almost empty black cartridg back in and it is printing fine. How do yu if at all contact Canon to notify of defective poperty. My store willn ot take back as it was a multi pack and the color is just fine.
Thanks
