PIXMA G6020 printer won't print from cassette tray

PIXMA G6020.  Yesterday, 4/21, printing with no problems.  Today, 4/22, cannot print from the cassette.  I have ensured all settings are correct, etc. etc.  How ridiculous.  I'm trying to work from home and this is creating serious problems for me.

I had a similar issue.  When I tried to copy at the printer, it would give me a 2114 error because there was no paper in the rear tray.  I tried to force it to use the cassette, using the copy settings from the printer control panel, but the  only options available were *Auto and Rear Tray.

To get around this, I forced it to reset ALL printer settings, by doing this:

1. Click the Settings button (Pliers/Screwdriver icon)
2. Click OK button
3. Click the Right arrow button (>) until you get to "Device Settings"
4. Click OK button
5. Click the Right arrow button (>) until you get to "Reset setting"
6. Click OK button
7. Click the Right arrow button (>) until you get to "All data"
8. Click OK button
9. Click the Left arrow button (<) to move to "Yes"
10. Click OK

This should reset everything, and you should be able to tell it set paper source to Cassette.
