cant register my new printer to get support wont connect to computer g6020

got a new pixma g6020 to replace old one same macbook air computer being used  printer wont connect to computer and regisration site wont let me register to get help  canon computer site just goes around in circles and is no help   dont know how to get around all of these problems

Please let us know what exactly happens when you try to register your printer, including any error messages you're receiving.

And as for your PIXMA G6020, please let us know whether you're using a USB cable or Wi-Fi and any error messages you're getting there, too.  This additional information will help the community better understand your issues.
