My G6020 PIXMA ecotank only scans and copies letter size 8 1/2 x 11 portion of any document instead of the legal size 8 1/2 x 14. There must be a simple combination of controls/buttons I can use to adjust this feature but I have no clue as to what it is. Thank uou

Greetings,
While it possible to print 8.5. x 14, the scanner platen only supports 8.5 x 11.7
This is listed in the specs for the device:

My mistake. There is no edit feature for these posts so that I could not correct size for 8 1/3 x 11.69. Thank you for pointing it out, but do you have a solution just as handy?

Thanks for joining the conversation, tommayernik! You can edit your own posts by clicking the little dropdown menu right above the post's time stamp and selecting "Edit Message" or "Edit Reply." Hope that helps!

Sorry if I'm not understanding? You can scan 8.5 x 11.7 or smaller. There is no way to scan larger.

This far, only trivialities are being addressed, not the heart of the problem.
I put a full platen size document onto the machine and hit thr COPY button. I put Legal size paper into the rear fed slot. What comes out is a bordered copy of only the 8.5 x 11 portion of the document. How do I get it to copy the full 8.5 x 11.69 capacity of the platen?
