I've had chronic problems with messages that say my G5000 series is offline. There is an annoying toast message popping up every 10-15 seconds or so, when I click on that, nothing seems to happen.
I originally had it connected via WiFi, but in troubleshooting I've switched to a USB connection. It seems like if the printer goes to sleep, it never comes back online. I press the power button, and the light comes on, but the computer does not recognize the printer as being online via the USB connection.
The printer's port settings say USB001, but if I click on configure port button:

[Main Instruction]
An error occurred during port configuration.
This operation is not supported.
[OK]
