PIXMA 492 New router and now not working at all

Got a new router.  Tried to use printer today and it says offline.  Followed all trouble shooting, no luck.

I had been trying repeatedly to get the wifi back on. It said it was conneced in the control panel.  Restarted the printer, the wifi, the computer.  still said offline.  Deleted and tried to reninstall  I now get this error message.  Please help.
