I have been attempting to reset the ink absorber counter but am unable to figure out the manual key presses. I believe that the service tool is version 4200 but am unable to locate a copy.
At first, I was able to cycle through 5 presses and then have a black screen (service mode?) I am now unable to get the screen to go black. It shows the orange LED and just locks up.
All service tool versions I've found give an error 5.
Any suggestions or link to v4200 would be greatly appreciated.
