PIXMA G5020 Print Color changes from top to bottom of page.

Hello,

I was printing fine on a G5020, then the color started changing from the top of the page to the bottom. For example in one a brown skin tone at top starts to change about halfway down the page to purple.

The ink levels are apparently fine. Printing from Photoshop and trying a few different color settings, though doesn't seem that should affect the same color across the page. Any ideas?

Thank you.

Attached is the nozzle check print. I tried doing a nozzle cleaning but it did not help.IMG_3660.jpeg

Also, the Supply Levels screen shows all tanks almost full.

Hi,

Please click HERE for the steps to perform an ink flush. You will want to select the color option and when its complete try another nozzle check.

If the issue is not resolved, the printer would require service. If the printer is in it's 1 year warranty, I recommend reaching out to Canon support for this issue. You will need to register your Canon gear HERE to access additional support options.
