PIXMA G3270 persistent jammed paper error, support code 1300

G3270 printer is a few months old and has maybe printed 20 pages. The paper jammed recently and all jammed paper was removed but the jammed paper error (support code 1300) persists. No other paper can be found anywhere in the printer.

To resolve the 1300 error you are experiencing with your PIXMA G3270, please follow all of the steps provided on this page from the manual:

G3270 > List of Support Codes for Printer Errors > What to Do When Paper Is Jammed

If you continue to have difficulties, please contact one of Canon's Technical Support Representatives via phone or chat. To contact a Technical Support Representative, please use the link below to log into your My Canon account:

https://mycanon.usa.canon.com

Once logged in, click on your PIXMA G3270 and then click on the Product Support button. When that page loads, click on either the Phone Support button or the Chat Support button to access support.
