New G3270. The font on the LCD window is too light, I have a hard time reading each option. Is mine broken or is there a way to darken the font?

Thanks for the thorough reply. I have to use a large magnifying glass. My problem is when I press Print it puts out a blank piece of paper and the LCD shows it thinks I pressed copy.

Hi Kerrith! Thanks for posting in the Canon Community Forum. I understand that the font displayed on the LCD screen for your Canon PIXMA G3270 is too light.
Sorry. There is not a way to adjust the brightness or color on that display. However, it should be visible.
The LCD display on your printer should be backlit, so you do not need a lot of light around it. If it is bright around the printer, I recommend dimming the light to see if that helps you see what is on the printer's screen. If that does not help, and you purchased the printer within the last year, I recommend contacting Canon.
To contact Canon support, please create a My Canon account and register the printer. If you have already registered your printer, you can sign into your account to check your support options.
Please use the following link to create or open your account:
https://myprofile.americas.canon.com/us/signin
After you create your account and register the printer, you can click on SERVICE & SUPPORT (in the left column) on the left side of your My Canon Account page. Then, click on the red box that says GET SERVICE & SUPPORT (to the right of your printer) to find information on the phone and chat support options.
If the printer is no longer in warranty and you believe the display is not working properly, it may be more cost effective to purchase a new printer instead of paying for a repair. Through our Canon Upgrade Program, we can offer you a discount and free shipping on a new printer if the warranty is expired. If you are interested in that, please call (866) 443-8002 from 9:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M. (Eastern Time), Monday through Friday to speak with one of our sales agents who would be happy to help you.
I hope this information helps. Thanks again.

I uninstalled and reinstalled everything and it prints now. I use a large magnifying lens to see the light font on a light background. Again, thank you.
