PIXMA MG3620 Orange light on CL

Hello, I'm starting to get frustrated with my printer and can't get a phone number to call tech support.  My printer has been working on and off since I got it it set up.  I can't clear the solid orange light next to the CL indicator. Can anyone help with this, please? I'm about ready to throw this printer out the window. I've unplugged, rebooted it, the ink is fresh I'm at my wits end!
