I have been reading the comments about the Canon printer doing to much cleaning. I just bought a Pixma G3262 and had already noticed the issue. I wish this issue had been addressed in the reviews I read before purchasing the printer. I have searched and still find no way to turn off or decrease the cleaning. Has anyone gotten a response from Canon or found a way to fix this issue?

Hi,
There is no option to adjust the normal cleaning cycle of this model printer. If you are powering the printer on and off that will cause it do perform a brief cleaning when turned on.
If you would like further information about the printer's cleaning cycle, I recommend reaching out to Canon support. You will need to register your Canon gear HERE to access additional support options.
