PIXMA G3260 won't print right colors

INK LEVELS SHOW 3/4 B;ACK FULL AND COLOR DOWN A VERY SMALL AMOUNT  HAVE HAD THIS FOR 3 YEARS NEVER REFILLED  nOW IT WILL NOT PRINT RIGHT COLORS
