Hi there,

Can you please provide a more specific model number? This will be something like PIXMA, imageCLASS, MAXIFY, etc... and there will be letters before the numbers.

Also....is the printer telling you to install one particular ink color? Do you have an empty ink tank?

1 of the tanks.  Grey. Have replaced with new one. Still not recognized. Continues to tells me not to install 2 tanks. I'm not.  Thanks

Please take a picture of the ink cartridge you are trying to install and also take a picture of the inks already installed. Then attach the pictures of the inks to your reply.
