PIXMA G3260: Photos are faded, black is grey

My brand new g3260 printer is printing blah!!! Photos faded and blacks are grey!!! Help plz

Photos not sharp dull looking. I printed a letter  and the letters after grey

Once logged in, click on your PIXMA G3260 and then click on the Product Support button. When that page loads, click on either the Phone Support button or the Chat Support button to access support. A Technical Support Representative can determine the cause of the printing issue and resolve it for you quickly via phone or chat.
