PIXMA G3060 Paper size message when I try to print and Portrait mode cuts off right hand side

When I try to print from my applications, The orange warning comes on the printer and a message about the paper in the trach NOT matching the paper requested by the print request?  Here are 2 screen shots that show the box checked to not detect mismatched paper and the page settings for the printer.  Also, note that fit-to-page is selected and portrait printing cuts off the right-hand portion of MOST prints of this orientation.  Thoughts?

Greetings,

Since we don't know what the source photo looks like, this is just a guess.

In order to maintain proper aspect, a photo if taken landscape can only be reduced so far.  If you're printing in portrait orientation, part of the photo is going to get cut off.  Try printing in landscape.

Rick,

That may be the case for the portrait problem.  But, I'm more concerned about the paper size detection.  What could be causing that/
