Hi, I am trying to set up the PIXMA 3600 Series Printer and after I removed the protective film from both black and color ink cartridges, the Alarm lights start to flash. I was sure I connected the cartridges in correctly but the Alarm lights keep flashing. I even turned off the printer and turned it back on again but got the same results.
