Only a 2-3 mm strip of an image will print on my MG6860

Suddenly when I now try to print an image from my PC to my printer only a small 2-3 mm portion of the image will print, this occurs on 3 pages each time when only 1 copy is requested

Hello.

Try printing the image from a different program to narrow down the cause of the issue.

If the issue persists, are you able to print normal documents without this issue?  Does this also happen when copies are performed directly from the printer?

I have since discovered that the USB cable was faulty, a new cable has resolved the issue
