Brand new MG5751 is able to do everything except scan. All drivers are up to date, but there is a blank space under/next to the scan option in the quick menu. Attempting to scan from the printer itself results in the printer locating only 'USB' in it's search for somewhere to scan to. Attached the supposedly wireless printer to my laptop with a USB cable and it still cannot find the computer to scan, print yes, but not to scan. All troubleshooting diagnostics have found no errors and as I stated all of the drivers are up to date.
