Need help with my Canon TS8100 scanner

Hello! I need help with my Canon TS8100 scanner, I can't get it to  change  from USB port to wireless setting to scan. Can someone help me with this please?

TS 8100/20 Wireless Set Up

 

Once connected to your wireless network, if you can reach the device's Print Server, you should be able to print and scan.

I got it to print! Just can't get the scanner to work for some reason...

So we can best assist you, we would need some more information to help narrow down this issue.

 

  1. Are you scanning directly from the printer or from the computer using IJ Scan Utility?
  2. If you are using IJ Scan Utility, is the printer listed as TS8100 series Network?
  3. What version of Windows or Macintosh is installed on your computer?
