Hi,
I have a Canon pixma Mg3650 printer/scanner which is less than a year old.
Since a few days ago I cannot scan images. I am using a Lenovo laptop (Windows 10, 64-bit.)
I have got the error code: 5, 157, 69.
I reset the printer to its factory default. And then I tried to reinstall it using the software (Wireless LAN connection), however it cannot complete the set up because it cannot find any printers on the "network list", and the connection is failed.
The blue light is on continuously (no flashing), and the orange lights next to both letters C and B are on continuously.
I don't know what to do, I am not very technilogical.
Please help if you can, thanks.
