My canon pixma MG6620 will not scan

Previously I have always had a printer icon and I could scan, copy or print from that but they are not there anymore and when I try to download the driver (which I must have because I can print from my computer) it fails.  Anyone know what is going on or how to fix it?  I'm wireless but that seems to be fine for printing!  I just can't scan.

Thanks for letting us know what Canon product you've got. The PIXMA MG6620 is an older model which we have retired. While that means that Canon USA no longer offers direct support for it, your friends here in the Canon Community are welcome to offer suggestions!
