My PIXMA TS3522 started printing only yellow

I bought new ink cartridges but it still prints only yellow.

I am trying to print black.

I replaced the black ink cartridge but it still prints the same yellow

is it the ink or something else,.?

You may need to clean the print head:

1. Open the printer software on your computer.
2. Select the Maintenance tab.
3. Click on Clean Print Head.

I didn't know I have any printer software.

Does it use the printer cable to connect to the computer.

Where do I find this software?

I found the software and installed everything on my windows 11 pc.

It is able to print.  The test page printed black ink with no  problem.

When I try to print color I get the yellow instead of other colors.

Now that I downloaded everything to my windows 11 PC how do I find the head cleaning software

Go to windows start menu, then all, scroll down to Canon Utilites menu folder, click U printer assistant tool, use nozzle check to verify if you have a dirty printer head, if so, then use the deep cleaning function.

I'll try that if I can find it.

Anyway, it turns out that replacing the color ink with a new one is all it needed.

• In the past when it ran out of ink it just went blank.  This yellow stuff is new.
• The new software is good.  I wasn't able to print wirelessly now it works.
