My PIXMA MG6620 is printing all black pages

I can print from my email fine, but when I try to print a pdf, it's black only. I have installed the drivers again, but that didn't work. Please help!

Hi,

Please use the steps HERE to print a nozzle check from your printer. Once it prints, take a picture of it and attach it to you reply.

Hi,

Since the nozzle check looks good, try saving the PDF file directly to your device and then try printing. Also, does this happen with all PDF files or a specific one?
