My PIXMA MG3520 will not print.

My PIXMA MG3520 will not print documents when I hit print on my computer.  The error message I get is "another computer is using this printer."

The printer name at the top of the print error message is"CanonMG3500 series printer WS."

WS is a Windows driver. You do not want that.

Go to Devices and Printers and delete the WS version of the printer.

If you don't see something like this with your printer reinstall the printer.

Which Computer Operating System are you using (Windows 7/8/10/11 or macOS 10/11/12)?

How do you connect to your printer (USB or WiFi)?

Any other details you'd like to give will only help the Community better understand your issue.
