My PIXMA G4210 won't print out image

I'm running Mac Ventura 13.5.  I downloaded current software (9/6/23).  I also had to change black and Cyan ink tanks and also refilled all ink levels so I could reset the ink level on the set up.  Now when I attempt to print, no image comes out.  It does connect okay to the computer.  Any suggestions on how I can get my printer to print?
