My Image Garden gone AWOL

KandL

Hi - I've just purchased and installed a TS8160 printer to replace an MG7760 that expired.  There's no sign of My Image Garden in the new installation, although it appeared to download.  Any thoughts?

Greetings,

Windows or MAC??

You didn't say, but the software/installer is available here.

Thank you for that.  I had tried the download several times and it either disappeared or gave me an error message, but this time it was successful.  Next problem - how do I import my data from My Image Garden on the old printer to this new MIG?  Is it still resident somewhere on my computer?

Hi KandL.

Creative projects created in My Image Garden are stored on the computer as regular files. Any scanned images will reside in their folders and are accessible independently using your computer's file browser.  If you wish to open them directly through My Image Garden, you may use the file browsing interface on the left sidebar of My Image Garden.

If you need specific help, please contact the branch of Canon for your region using the map on the Canon Global website: http://global.canon/en/support/

Thank you, Darius.  That's what I thought - I just can't find them! 🙂
