My Canon printer TS3522 doesn’t print 8.5 x 11

I tried using my printer and multiple settings and it won’t let me print on glossy paper with the measurements 8.5 x 11 inches.

does anyone know how to fix it?

Hi Jasmin109,

The PIXMA TS3522 is capable of printing on glossy photo paper that is 8.5" x 11".

It is not capable of printing on this paper borderlessly though.  If you have borderless selected, this may be the reason why you are unable to print.  Only smaller sizes, like 4" x 6" and 5" x 7" are supported with borderless printing.

How do I get to the settings to do this though? I'm pulling my hair out here and am about to return the printer due to not being able to print this way. Lol
