My Canon Pixma 922 prints from Word and OUtlook, but won't print from the web. It claims "printer offline" when it is clearly online.

Since you are able to print successfully using some applications and not others, there may be a setting in the applications you are having difficulty printing from that is resulting in the printer offline error. If you go to the FILE menu in the applications you are having difficulty printing from and select the PRINT option, please verify that the printer that is selected in the window is the one with the checkmark next to it (this denotes that this is the default printer). If none of the printers that appear in the window have a checkmark next to them, please try to select and print from every printer listed in the window to see if any of them will allow you to print (you may need to scroll over to view all of the printers available for selection).
