I am running Window 7 32 bit version
I am using a cannon MG5550 it prints out fine.
When I try and scan I get the follow error message
error 5,157,69
This error has occurred resently
This appears to be caused by your software but maybe possibly be due to an updates from Microsoft that has caused the problem.
I can use Microsoft paint and it works fine without a problem at all
So I can use paint as work around to scan the stuff I need for now.
But would be nice to get it working correctly again using cannon software.
