My Canon MP470 printer will not print Email pages. I am using Internet Explorer and Windows 8.1.

Though the printer will not print email messages, it does print other web pages.

1.  Are you able to make a black and white copy from the printer directly? 

2.  Are you able to print other documents from programs such as Micosoft Word successfully?

So we can better assist you, please let us know if you are able to print the emails when using another internet browser such as Firefox or Chrome, as well as what email service you are using.  Please also let us know if you are receiving any errors when trying to print the emails.
