The display will show for a few seconds when first powered on. I can print from the computer (Windows 11) and my phone (Samsung A21) BUT when I need to copy or scan from the operational panel the entire panel is unresponsive. What I've tried:
Power cycle the printer (unplugged from the wall)
Reinstalled Windows 11 print drivers
Internet search for "Canon MF232W operational panel unresponsive" (no joy)
Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Hello,
If the touchscreen is unresponsive, it looks like the printer is not getting enough power or there is a problem with the hardware. You can try plugging the printer into a different wall outlet or you can try another room. If you run into the same issue, it looks like the printer needs service.
To check your service options, you can log into your MyCanon account or contact support at 1-800-652-2666.
