My Canon MG4120 is not feeding paper correctly

My Canon MG 4120 is not feeding paper correctly. This happens inconsistently and when it does feed, some of the words are messed up. When it does not feed, the end of the paper is crumpled.

Performing a roller cleaning on the printer may fix the paper feeding issue.  To perform a roller cleaning, please follow the steps located at the link below:
