Missing colors in test pattern

Yesterday I printed a color photo with no problem.  Today printing another one the color of snow is green and there are lines.  I have done cleaning twice.  The first time all the colors were there; everything looked fine but when I printed the photo again the print had snow being green.  Did cleaning again, missiong colors in test pattern.  Did deep cleaning twice.  No change.  What to do next?  Has my printhead died?  This is a G4210 with plenty of ink.
