PIXMA G3270 - ERROR CODE 6000

My printer is literally two months out of the one year purchase state just to give you an idea how much I've used the printer it still has the original ink in it and it's not even close to being empty so for me to be getting this error code which doesn't give me any type of self troubleshooting options it just says contact service repair I use a dust cover on my printer I take good care of my printers I don't understand why this is happening is the second printer from Canon that I bought similar situation's happening and I've contacted all the numbers on the website and it's 2:46 PM right now and they're saying they're closed it's Monday I'm a little confused by this I thought this was a massive company a big company that it helps people out there this is not helpful this is very frustrating I can't get a hold of anybody on on the website there's no email Can someone please tell me what I'm doing wrong because I am just flabbergasted by the fact that I made account registered my product at all the steps necessary and I'm still having no help nobody will help me what's going on here Canon come on Canon this isn't cool

I can't even get the printer to turn on all it's doing is telling me that I need to restart the printer and contact customer support for service repair that's all my printers doing

Once logged in, click on your PIXMA G3270 and then click on the Product Support button. When that page loads, click on either the Phone Support button or the Chat Support button to access support. A Technical Support Representative can determine the cause of the issue and resolve it or provide you with your available service options.
