My Canon TS3722 will not print. I have reinstalled the software. I am signed up for the cartridge program. I am connected via USB since I have an unstable wifi. I have taken out the cartridges and reinstalled them in case I didn't do that right. I still get the 1651 error. I attempted to print off the Information by pressing the "i" on the printer, to no avail. I am ready to chunk this printer out the door. I need HELP. Is there a living/breathing human being who can assist me????
