For a project I am working on I need to scan some documents to B&W TIFF format. I have set the output to Document (TIFF) but it comes into My Image Garden as JPG. If I say automatic it comes in as PDF. I tried using the IJ Scan Utility and told it I wanted Black and White not grayscale or color. When I run the utility it still comes in as grayscale. Can someone tell me what I need to do differently?
