I have a new Canon D570 laser printer. I installed the latest scanner software and tried it out for the first time today. I scanned a document that was all text and wanted to have the scanned document saved as a text document but I don't see that option. The only choices I have is PDF or various image formats (jpeg, tiff, etc.) Is there a way to save a scanned document in some text format?
