MX922 was duplexing now isn't from Word. From Excel works

I purchased a new MX922 in January.  I have been able to print two sided/duplex from Word.  Today it will only print one sided even though two sided is selected in Word.  I tried from Excel and from Outlook and it did work.  Anyone have an idea of a problem with Word?  Am also checking Microsoft.

Remade the document and the problem was corrected.  It printed duplex.
