All of a suddenn my printer is not working and the screen shows Support Code B200

printer needs repair

Follow the steps below

1. Turn the device off and unplug the powercord from power supply.

2.See the manual and contact the service center.

I applied all steps but yet could not start the printer.

The B200 is a general hardware failure code and the printer would need to be replaced. 

If the printer is in it's 1 year warranty, I recommend reaching out to Canon support for your warranty options. You will need to register your Canon gear HERE to access additional support options.
