I often get a Load Paper when trying to print...says Upper Tray. I don't need nor use the Upper Tray, only the Lower Tray. Stuck on what to do to solve this
Using MacOS 14.1.1 Sonoma/Wifi

Hello!
So that the Community can help you better, we will need to know more information:
• What exact model printer are you using (usually on the top or front of the unit)?
• Do you see any error messages?
• Which version of Windows or macOS are you using?
• How do you connect to your printer (USB or WiFi)?
Any other details you'd like to give will only help the Community better understand your issue.

sorry for the late reply....IMac 27" OS is Sonoma 14.1.1. Printer is MX922. Connected wirelessly to my Wifi home internet. I'm in Estero, Florida USA. I never have a need or desire to use the upper paper tray which is empty of paper, but the lower tray has plenty of paper, but I still get a notice to "load paper".
