MX882 printing bands

I have a MX882 printer. It just started printing bands throughout the pictures. The ink cartridges are full. I went through the process of cleaning etc. but the bands are still printing.

Hi bvallier,

First, check your nozzle test to be sure the hardware of your printer is working properly.  

1. Press the Setup button.
2. Select Maintenance.
3. Select Print nozzle check pattern.
4. Select Yes, and press the OK button.

Your nozzle check should appear like the sample below.

Since there are so many factors involved in photo printing and if the nozzle check appears correct, I recommend contacting us for additional support.
