My 'LOVED' MX870 was 'killed' by a neighbor when he was trying to assign for MAIN name shown on low part of computer where me ... and other neighbors ... clicked on opening and make changes; if needed.

He ignored the MX870's assigned name ... and the MX870 is not ... TOTALLY unsuable access ...


I can't find on CANON where to get help of re-making the original key start-up ... so that my printer works 100% again.  Austin, Texas ... where wife and I are close to ... does not provide who to use; them or others.


PLEASE help me....PLEASE ... on where/who to contact.  THANKS


PS:  I am 75; and had a recent stroke.  Hope the above is understandle ! ! !  If possible....
