MX870 not printing in color

For color  printing I get black and some yellow, but no other colors.  No indication that any cartridges are running low.  Prints fine in black.  Nozzle check prints black and grey, but empty space where the colors should be, even after multiple nozzle cleanings.

Prints fine in black and white, but color printing only outputs black and some yellow.   Nozzle tests only print out black, gray, and light yellow; what should be the color tracks are only blank space, even after repeated cleaning cycles.  No indication of low ink levels.  Not sure what's going on here;  I suppose the other cartridge nozzles could be clogged, but it seems kind of odd that this should happen all at once.
