I have rebooted and reinstalled the cartridges but continue to receive error messages. This thing has been a dog since I got it. Wonder if I"m better off to just buy a new one. Please help me. I am super frustrated.

The error message is CNBJNP_D84927. Can't do anything from the notebook, not even shut it down. Cant print test page or nozzle check. Says there is no ink and is totally unresponsive. Please advise. Thanks!

Is there an error message or code displaying on the printer itself? Also, what is the exact text that appears from top to bottom on the label of the ink cartridges recently installed in the printer?
