I have rebooted and reinstalled the cartridges but continue to receive error messages. This thing has been a dog since I got it. Wonder if I"m better off to just buy a new one. Please help me. I am super frustrated.
The error message is CNBJNP_D84927. Can't do anything from the notebook, not even shut it down. Cant print test page or nozzle check. Says there is no ink and is totally unresponsive. Please advise. Thanks!
