MX452 Beeps & Scanner bar sound and repeat

I can not get printer past it making annoying beep (1 beep) and then hearing/seeing scanner arm move a few inches and then it repeats. There is no error message.  Just says Canon on screen.  No obvious paper jams and ink is seated fine.

Anyone please help!!!!!

Are you trying to scan to a computer and make a copy directly from the printer? Are you able to make a copy directly from the printer?

Same problem here. I was able to reset it once, but now I'm unsuccessful.

Please connect your PIXMA MX452 directly to a wall outlet, without a surge protector / power strip.  If your PIXMA MX452 still does not display the Home screen, please try a different wall outlet.  If your PIXMA MX452 still does not power on to the Home screen, your PIXMA MX452 would require service.

If your PIXMA MX452 was purchased less than a year ago, please contact one of Canon's Technical Support Representatives via phone or chat to obtain your in warranty options. To contact a Technical Support Representative, please use the link below:
