MX432 Scanning Issue

I have a MX432 that I have connected thru a wireless router. The print function works fine but the scanning does not work. I downloaded the MP Naviagator from the website but still no luck. I think I am missing a step but need assistance. Can some help. Mac iOS 10.7.5 -- Thanks

Hi davenplr,

Please try the following steps to get the scanner working wirelessly:

1. Start MP Navigator EX.

2. Click Preferences.

3. For network connection, select (model name) series (Network: XXXXXXXXXXXX) for Product Name.

   (Where XXXXXXXXXXXX is the MAC address.)

   • For USB connection, select (model name) series for Product Name.
     
     

4. Click OK.

   The Preferences dialog box closes. You can now scan via a network connection.

   Go to the Main Menu to check whether network scanning is enabled.
