Hi All,
I have a Canon MX890 thats printing blank pages.
I have replaced all the ink cartridges. Not a drop appears on the page.
The print head doesn't appear to be clogged. Is it possible the print head is not working.
Trying to home school during the covid 19 and need to get the printer working.
any help greatly appreciated.

How is it connected?
Did the printer ever work?
What happens of you perform maintenance and perform a nozzle check pattern?

Hello.
Check to make sure that the bright orange tape has been removed from the top of the large black tank. If the tape was left on the top of the tank, this would keep ink from flowing properly.
If the issue persists after cleanings have been performed, the printer may need to be repaired or may need to be replaced.
