Can not setup new Pixma MG3052. Alarm LED keep flashing in four times

Hello,

I got a new printer and when powered up, power led stays stable, alarm LED keeps blinking in 4 times and repeats.

Can not setup wifi or even with USB cable. I have only cartridge (black) installed, tried to remove and install again few times but doesnt help.

Also tried to update firmware, but firmware updating utility can not find printer.

Does someone know what can be tried next?

4 flashes means there is a problem with the FINE cartridge.  Not detected, not installed correctly, etc. 

Are you sure you have it properly installed?
